New apprentices + young skilled workers at HPT

For the new training year HPT welcomes seven apprentices and one student at the University of Cooperative Education

The „newcomers“ were welcomed with bags of sweets. During a tour through the company the future apprentices, who were accompanied by their parents and siblings, gained insight into the production of the modern operating procedure. Karl-Heinz Sladek conveyed to the apprentices the expectations of the company by explaining the training concept and the mentoring system. A regulars’ table for English, outdoor team building, sport events and a company health management are embedded in the training concept.

Congratulations of the skilled workers

The „newly“ qualified skilled workers share their experience with the new apprentices. The skilled workers Jürgen Ruf (tool mechanic), Stefanie Kapfenberger (industrial clerk), Andrea Forkel (design draughtsman) as well as Robert Schönheit and Marcel Appelfelder (processing mechanic for plastics and rubber technology) received congratulations and flower bouquets. After his training Robert Breternitz (mechatronic engineer) is now going to pass the Integrated Degree Programme (field of study mechatronics and automation) in Eisenach for three years. They were honoured by managing director Karl-Heinz Sladek and Steffen Spitzner from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of South Thuringia.

We wish our new apprentices and skilled workers success in their future career!
